Jesus is a very nice fellow. He should definitely be promoted to manager ! He went above and beyond for our family dinner. The salmon risotto is the BEST meal I’ve had in a while. I liked that we could order from daiquiri bar while eating here also

I will admit, the restaurant was not what I expected. In fact, Borgata employees couldn't even direct me where the restaurant was. It had a food court feel to it, but I promise you, do not let that sway you. The waitress was friendly, warm and made delicious recommendations. I had the shrimp fra diavolo paired with a cabernet and it was beyond delicious. We didn't stay beyond that because we had a show to get to, but I will definitely be back!

As others have said, this restaurant really deserves to be upstairs rather than in the food court. My husband and I went here for our anniversary dinner. Luckily, none of the surrounding food places were open, so the atmosphere was still decent. Our server was wonderful. My husband and I both had sangria to drink--him red and me white. I tasted both and thought they were very good. We got the fried polenta with basil pesto for an appetizer. This was my least favorite of the items we got. Being deep fried and large pieces, they were heavy and a bit weighed down by the oil. The basil pesto was good but not amazing. It wasn't bad, but I don't think I'd get it again. Next, we both had the arugula, pear, and burrata salad. The salads were wonderful and probably my favorite part of the meal. The poached pear had an amazingly rich wine flavor without being soft or mushy. For entrees, my husband got the flounder and shrimp francaise, and I got the lollipop lamb chops. My husband really enjoyed his entree. Unfortunately, it took the chef three times to get the doneness correct on my lamb chops. I ordered them medium rare. The first set came medium well to well. I could tell cutting into them they were tough. I didn't even taste them and called the waiter over (who concurred they were not correct and confirmed he put in the order for medium rare) to bring it back to the kitchen. Looking back, I should have just had them replace the lamb chops and leave the rest. The sides on the replacement were significantly smaller portions and the lamb chops came out very rare (raw, red, cold center). This time I just sent the lamb chops back for them to sear a little more because my husband was almost done eating. The server did comp my entree due to the issues. Once I finally got them prepared properly, the flavor of the chops was wonderful. The smashed potatoes had a great crisp on them and good flavor as well. It would have been a five star experience if not for the issues with my entree. There is no way the chef preparing my lamb chops didn't know they were overdone if I could tell just trying to cut them, and it was a little insulting they sent out the replacement with much smaller portions of the sides and under-done lamb chops. Our server saved the meal with his professionalism and attentiveness.

Let me start by saying this place deserves to be upstairs in a fancier more central location. The chef and host were very attentive. This little gem is hidden downstairs in the food court and they should not be. The selection of charcuterie is outstanding and was served for the eye and the stomach. Beautifully done and a lot of food for the money All the food was fresh and extremely flavorful. The wine selections are fun and diverse. They went above and beyond with service and presentation. They just need to be up among the traffic areas in a more romantic atmosphere for a true dining experience
